Prior to, and in conjunction with, the Online Educa Berlin (OEB) 2021 conference on 1-3 December, ELM Magazine interviewed ICDE Board member Prof. Dr. Ebba Ossiannilsson and ICDE Member Dr. Andreas Rambow on the potential of Open Online Education.
In the interview, the two education experts share their visions on the democratic potential of the open online education and resources. One of the statements made by Prof. Dr. Ossiannilsson was very powerful, and worth highlighting:
